Costa del Sol holiday 6 Bedroom villa with private pool situated in the Marbella Golf valley on the side of Las Brisas Golf, this villa will be ideal for families or golfing groups.
The villa, set on 330 square meters consists of ground floor with entrance hall leading to a large lounge with dining area with huge patio doors, leading to the terrace and the swimming pool area. At this same level there is one large fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with single beds and one bathroom ans a separate room with single beds and one bathroom.
First floor with three bedrooms with bathroom en-suite. Two of them have a terrace and bathroom with bath and shower.
The all furniture is not ver modern but very correct and funcional, all is in a good shape. There is air conditionning and heating in all the rooms. There is huge private swimming pool and Sky TV with free chanels.
A car is necessary, bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive, 3 more minutes are necessay to reach the famous Puerto Banus. For the golf fanatics, Las Brisa, Los naranjos, Aloha and Magna Marbella are all within a 10 minute drive.

Puerto Banus is situated 40 minutes from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes from Marbella, it has long been the play ground for the rich and famous, its marina boasts some of the best luxury yachts in Europe if not the World, with its many intimate bars and wide variety of restaurants to cater for every need it makes the perfect place to watch the world go by.
Puerto Banus also offers long sandy beaches with many water sports on offer. Its shopping is some of the best on the Costa del Sol from its small independent boutiques to large super stores, there is also a local street market once a week where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.
After dark Puerto Banus starts to buzz with the excellent night life there is something to suit everyone with the choice of piano bars to discos.
Puerto Banus is also ideally situated for the many golf courses on the Costa del Sol witch are all within easy driving; it even has its own 24 hour flood lit course.
