This is a spacious and airy house, with huge tropical garden, the villa consists in 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms, the 5th bedrooom is smaller and for children not over 12, a large living room with fire place, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In front of the house there is a large terrasse with barbecue area.
It is fully air-conditioned / heated, has TV satellite and has a large terrace with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing on.
This villa stands in its own 3.000 square meters of manicured tropical gardens, within these gardens, stands an out standing swimming pool that is fully protected and gated from small children. This villa has an air of calm and coolness even in summer.
The house is within an esay walk to the San Pedro Beaches with abundance of beach-bars and restaurants. The villa is about 15 minutes along the beach to the world famous Puerto Banus with its many attractions being the famous night life, the Casino, the restaurants and the fabulous beaches

Puerto Banus is one of the trademarks of Marbella at its most cosmopolitan and an indispensable standard for luxury tourism.
