The house is built over three floors and consists of enterance way leading to a fully equipped kitchen, the lounge dinning area has patio doors leading to a large terrace with views over the marina and Mediterranean, on the lower floor is a large double bedroom with en-suite and patio doors leading to a smaller terrace which again over looks the marina. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms which are twins and one have sea views, this townhouse also has a solarium with great sea views.
This townhouse would make a great holiday rental being within easy walking distance to the Marina with its many bars and good quality restaurants and within easy access to one of the beaches in Estepona.

Bookings and Payments.

Booking Deposit:The booking is confirmed with a reservation deposit in general 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance: The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival if final payment is by bank. You can also choose to pay cash (with no charge) or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) with an 2 percent extra fee. We only take payment in Euros. Paypal is possible with a 3 percent extra fee. We do not accept Personal Cheque for final payment.

Policies.

Check In/Out: Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM. Flexible times are possible upon request.
Children: Children of all ages are allowed. We rent High Chair and Baby Cot at very reasonable price.
Quiet Time: The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 7:00 AM.

  • Cheap flights available from flymonarch.com,ba.com,XL.com, Easyjet.co.uk from Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Luton to Malaga airport and many others.
  • Direct Fly with Delta Airlines from New York in the peak Season.
  • Gibraltar and Granada airports can also be used.
  • Frequent cheap flights from budget airlines including Easyjet and Ryanair fly to Malaga.
  • Private airport transfers can be arranged if preferred.
