In collaboration with the owner we do rent out apartments in this beautiful complex. It is situated in Mijas Costa, West of Marbella, overlooking the sea in the
middle of landscaped gardens. These self-catering vacation apartments have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a a fully fitted Kitchen and private terraces with stunning views of the Mediterranean or a small garden where you can sunbathe without being disturbed.
The apartment comes with Satellite TV, Safe, bed linen, towels etc. They are cleaned twice a week. You can take advantage of the reception area with a fax service, the fantastic swimming pool, free parking, use the barbecue area and have more or less all services as an extra. The beach is within 800 Mts, golf courses all over the place, tennis within 400 mtrs, grocery store in 500 mtrs, Medical facilities in 2kms, restaurants and bars within 500 mtrs.

La Cala de Mijas Costa del Sol, southern Spain is a charming fishing village with a new plaza which houses numerous shops, cafe's, Tapas bars, English stye sports bars and restaurants which appeal to every taste. There are numerous banks, currency exchanges and a large supermarket in the plaza. The long beach is well cared for , clean, soft and golden sand with sunbeds and parasols for rental.
The many theme parks nearby make it an ideal location for families: Mijas water

Bookings and Payments.
Booking Deposit:The booking is confirmed with a reservation deposit in general 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance: The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival if final payment is by bank. You can also choose to pay cash (with no charge) or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) with an 2 percent extra fee. We only take payment in Euros. Paypal is possible with a 3 percent extra fee. We do not accept Personal Cheque for final payment.
Policies.
Check In/Out: Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM. Flexible times are possible upon request.
Children: Children of all ages are allowed. We rent High Chair and Baby Cot at very reasonable price.
Quiet Time: The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 7:00 AM.
The Costa del Sol. How to get there.
Gibraltar airport is about a 35 minute drive/taxi from Estepona. Gibraltar is closest but the popular Malaga airport is only 60 minutes drive from Estepona, Jerez is an hour and a half and Sevilla two hours. Transfers or
car rentals in Malaga Airport can be arranged.
